Machine Operator

Full Time

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: US Nameplate Company seeks to hire machine operators. This is a long term, full-time position with benefits. Machine Operators are responsible for setup and operation of machines to meet established production goals in a safe way complying with all company and OSHA safety policies and practices, ensuring that all products manufactured meet customer specifications and achieve superior quality and performance standards. Selecting correct tooling when applicable (dies, punches, fixtures) and material for the job task according to work orders and drawings. Setting up machines according to work instructions, work orders or other released documentation. Performing in-process inspection of parts to ensure press-repeatability. Adjusting parameters to ensure part dimensional compliance in accordance with work instructions, blueprints, shop packets or other released documentation. Performing tear-down of set-ups and proper storage of tools, fixtures, dies, etc. Verifying dimensions of products. Maintaining good housekeeping by keeping tools, material and equipment in proper place. Basic ability to troubleshooting equipment, tooling and processes/procedures. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: 18 years of age with valid driver's license & reliable transportation. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Strong math skills. Previous experience in Manufacturing setting desired but willing to train right person. Ability to read and understand dimensional blueprints preferred. Micrometer/Caliper measuring tool experience preferred. Proven track record of attendance and reliability. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds consistently. Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Full Time

To be the liaison between external customers and U.S. Nameplate Co. regarding the fulfillment of all orders from initial design, order placement, to actual delivery. This Customer Service Representative is proficient at the below responsibilities and requires occasional Management support and supervision. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrate and foster U.S. Nameplate Company’s Core Values. Advise and guide all customers/prospects through the initial design/order phase. Receive and process customer orders; screening information for accuracy and completeness. Manage customer orders throughout the manufacturing process, advising customers of any significant delays; providing alternatives to ensure customer expectations are fulfilled. Manage customer releases and ensure delivery dates are met; proactively managing customer finished goods inventory levels. Maintain control and accuracy of quoted/contracted pricing. Work to retain/grow current customer base; through constant communication & suggestive selling. Complete quote follow ups and customer contacts in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned. This is a Monday-Friday position with company benefits. KEY DELIVERABLES: Build customer loyalty through positive customer engagement and service excellence. Partner with Production to ensure a world class customer experience. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years of customer service experience; preferably in a manufacturing environment. Sales- Inside or Outside. ERP / CRM system experience of 5+ years required. QUALIFICATIONS: Maintain a positive and flexible attitude within a team environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external customers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer focused and Sales driven. Proven track record of attendance, accountability and attention to detail.
