ROLE DESCRIPTION: To be support to the customer service team in the order entry function. To aid in other administrative tasks as necessary: filing, order lookups, data entry, inventory control, etc. This candidate is proficient at the below responsibilities and requires occasional Management support and supervision with computers and has previously worked with some type of software system in data entry. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrate and foster U.S. Nameplate Company’s Core Values. Receive and process customer orders as directed by customer service representatives. To be detail oriented, following specific direction on Purchase Orders and specific Customer directives to ensure accuracy. Complete order entry in a timely manner, meeting daily goals and objectives. Other duties as assigned. KEY DELIVERABLES: Partner with Customer Service & Production to ensure/maintain accuracy and efficiency. Become proficient in data entry through use of an EDI system. Maintain a positive attitude & work well with your team. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of data entry experience; preferably in a manufacturing environment. Manufacturing ERP system experience preferred, but not required. QUALIFICATIONS: Maintain a positive and flexible attitude within a team environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external customers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Accountability and reliability. Consults with internal and external customers to discuss and formulate estimates. Analyzes sketches, drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documents to prepare time, cost, labor, percentage of profit, and material estimates for various production jobs by performing the following duties personally. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Receives quotation requests from the sales department and prepares estimates. Gathers information necessary to estimate job including artwork, blueprints, specifications, and other related material. Works closely with internal and external customers to formulate estimates and resolve conflicts. Compiles list of material, labor, and time requirements, and estimates equipment requirements and subcontracted services, utilizing knowledge of products and printing techniques. Receives and checks for correctness, purchase orders for printing and imaging jobs or accounts. Computes cost estimates and price summaries for specified jobs, and presents prepared estimates. Checks job cost sheets daily for accuracy. Checks daily labor cost summary for adherence to schedule, overtime accrual, productive and nonproductive labor, and makeover costs. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, once trained. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability one must already have or be able to achieve in training. Education, Experience & Abilities: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Estimating experience desired but not required. Strong mathematical skills. Ability to learn, understand and remember the materials we have, to comprehend and remember the requirements of MIL and customer Specs, and all USN processes and their capabilities. Good judgment of color, design, and printing quality. Engineering skills helpful but not required. Customer service experience. Attention to detail. Strong computer skills required. Ability to stay focused and work within deadlines. Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time. Machine Operator

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: US Nameplate Company seeks to hire machine operators. This is a long term, full-time position. Machine Operators are responsible for setup and operation of machines to meet established production goals in a safe way complying with all company and OSHA safety policies and practices, ensuring that all products manufactured meet customer specifications and achieve superior quality and performance standards. Selecting correct tooling when applicable (dies, punches, fixtures) and material for the job task according to work orders and drawings. Setting up machines according to work instructions, work orders or other released documentation. Performing in-process inspection of parts to ensure press-repeatability. Adjusting parameters to ensure part dimensional compliance in accordance with work instructions, blueprints, shop packets or other released documentation. Performing tear-down of set-ups and proper storage of tools, fixtures, dies, etc. Verifying dimensions of products. Maintaining good housekeeping by keeping tools, material and equipment in proper place. Basic ability to troubleshooting equipment, tooling and processes/procedures. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: 18 years of age with valid driver's license & reliable transportation. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Strong math skills. Previous experience in Manufacturing setting desired but willing to train right person. Ability to read and understand dimensional blueprints preferred. Micrometer/Caliper measuring tool experience preferred. Proven track record of attendance and reliability. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds consistently.
